Welcomed by the customer relations lady who was very pleasant and gave us a good introduction to the facilities available at the resort, which by the way are quite extensive. Great hotel. The staff were welcoming and courteous. We had a family room which was large and spacious. Pool facilities great with plenty of activities at no extra cost such as kayaking along the creek. Overall great. Being a local resident it was great treatment.
