This is a lovely hotel specially when you are in the room with valley view. The staffs of the hotel are extremely courteous. Horrible experience! The service was very poor! Staff is very rude and non-cooperative! Very disappointing visit! Checked into another hotel the next day! The casino is very small! The room differ for different people, that is, different are charged different rates!

I was there on valentines day tis year. It was a beautiful scenery surrounded hotel. We cud enjoy the lush green scenery while having our scrumptious dinner. I was mesmerised with the beauty. The staffs were so pleasant especially in the restaurant. Hotel was clean and lovely

I must say this hotel has got everything including casino.. the valley view room is superb, also the people around u r friendly . The location gives an added advantage to the hotel. Food is excellent. Overall i had galla stay.

visited this hotel in june 2010. i would recommend for valley view rooms of this hotel, other rooms are like closed cabinets. there's wall of next building just out of your window if its non valley view room. food is really good and there are good options.
