The staffs are very helpful while the room is fine eventhough water electricity doesn't work well sometime!. However, hotel is 3-4 km far away from MG.Marg. I would recommend this hotel to whoever doesn't like busy atmosphere. Their restaurant is quite good. You'll get hot and delicious foods here.

We had a very nice time. Room service is excellent, food is also maintained & served nicely & hygienic too. All the Staff members are too cooperative & helpful. Over all every thing was superb. We will like to visit again & again & of course avail in this hotel. I would ask our friends too visit the excellent Hotel.

One of my best experiences in terms of hospitality and cooperation. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room service and overall management was very very good. The travel desk is also very helpful. Mr Sudip and Mr Bikash were very cordial and helpful. Looking forward to see you again and "Cannot Forget You" for sure.

Beautifully decorated dining hall and rooms,better food quality of north Indian and Chinese also. very fast room service, natural beauty available from room number 202 balcony. Sudeep gupta jee is very co-operative and treat us just like friend.we stayed for 3 days and we were three families.we feel there just like home.

Ricasa is not in busy M.G.Marg Area. Market is 4 km from here. Got hot food on time. Homely feelings. We have experienced prompt services from the ever smiling gyes. Weather was bad. Can't visit Tsomgo Lake. More or less good experience.
