“Club Mahindra - For members only.”

Good property but located far from town. Lot of construction work was going on near the main entrance. So the walk to the rooms was a lot. Food was top notch. View from the room terrific. Kids enjoyed the Funzone. However, the place was a Hotel unlike other Mahindra properties which are resort styled.

Spent 4 nights in Apr/May 2013. Great tastefully designed rooms. Nice views from almost all the rooms. Good food. Excellent personnel at the reception and specially at the activity center. “An unforgettable retreat...”

Royal Demazong, makes you truly a Royal. Excellent hospitality and great food as well. The Changu Lake (roads are under construction) and the Yak Ride is truly memorable. Transport is expensive and the Yaks are too. But on the whole a beautiful and romantic destination. The boulevard on the main shopping street makes you feel enriched and relaxing.

“Lovely views and great staff!!”

We stayed there for a couple of days before proceeding to Yuksom for our trek. It was lovely with luxurious rooms, excellent food. The children were very happy with the fun centre and would have happily foregone sightseeing to be there. The staff were very polite and helpful.

“4 night stay -ok experience”

I stayed in room no 76 , which is very near the kitchen so lot of disturbance, specially at night. Pls avoid room no 76 and 86. Staff was friendly and property is fine. Must watch : Natula pass, Rumtek Monastery and Tsomgo lake ! Good to see : Ban Jhakri water fall and chorten stupa

Loved our Gangtok visit. The hotel is a bit out of the way.. but once you figure out a way to commute, its not bad.
