we have just had one week here for a relaxing break. we moved here from a different hotel it looked ok when we arrived. the cleaning and kitchen staff were really nice and did look after you, there was only 15 guests staying in the hotel hence the variety of food was poor but was to some degree the same... We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Lanzarote. The hotel is rated with 4 keys but to be honest it should only be a 2 star hotel. It is situated outside of the resort but there are bars and restaurants with in 10-15mins walking distance. the main area of Costa Teguise is about a 30min walk away.... More

Might have been a 4 star 15 years ago but in need of some serious refurbishment and also very mismanaged. Food pretty grim had to eat out after 3 days, reception staff mostly awful 1 helpful chap. When we first arrived we thought we had made a BIG mistake. The welcome from one receptionest was awful. She did not smile once during our whole 14 days there. This hotel is very basic. Appartments were large & clean with comfy beds. Pools & pool area not safe for young children due to no lifeguards at all, only rings. Pools were dirty on bottom & only cleaned once during 7 day stay. Food was European but of very poor quality & standard with not much choice for fussy eaters.... More
