For a 3 star the hotel is OK, no problems but nothing outstanding. The location for us was fine as a stopping off point on our way to Cognac.
We found "Manuel the waiter" alive and well and living in Pauillac. When ordering drinks he had never heard of Bacardi, even though there was a bottle on the shelf behind...
