Lovely location. Nice spacious apartment - much better than a hotel room Some little problems - no hair dryer (despite advertised as having one), called reception - not open after 2pm on Saturdays! When checking out told we needed to ask, however reception wasn't open when we checked in at 2:30! Toilet ran constantly - annoying and a waste of... More

Wow what a great place to stay. Close to all we needed.Surfers Paradise, theme parks, harbour town factory outlet shopping (wow the bargins lots of name brand clothing 60% off. “Absolutely Terrific”

This place is just "THE BEST" for a family. Restaurants, huge fish shop over the road, stunning views, gymnasium,pool, spa,etc etc etc great lagoon over the road for the kids, even fishing!! We were on the 9th floor, no noise from the hotel and a stunning view of the southport seaway.

“Worth a Stay”

The Grand is a nice hotel away from the bustle of surfers. The best rooms to stay are facing the Broadwater which have amazing views. Nice deep covered balconies with storm stutters if it gets rainy. “Excellent location”

Stayed here in January with my young son and loved it! Great rooms, great beds, great views and great pool/spa! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the ceiling fan in the bedroom was extremely noisy but that's just matainance. Will definitely visit again!

Stayed here in november and december in 2008 and 2009. Very nice place to stay and good location Bit of noise from restaurant and bar on weekends but they dont go too late. Pool areas great but can be a bit cold when wind gets up. Nicer than the 5 star towers of chevron in Surfers we stayed at

“Top rate establishment”

An awesome place for families or couples. Kids had a ball, views were spectular given its location. Room had everything we needed and more. Staff went out of their to ensure an excellent experience. Close to all we needed whether walking or driving. Easy to find and if you follow the signs, it's even easier still!! Highly recommend it.

“Great spot”

We have stayed at the Grand Apartments twice now. It is a great spot as it is just out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise but still very close. We have a boat and there is a boat ramp straight across the road with good parking and if it is full we found a vacant block just down... More

Just 10 minutes out of surfers paradise this lovely property boasts fantastic views of turquoise waters, with jet skis, jet boats, and houseboats passing trhougout the day providing hours of entertainment.
