We paid $200 and thought we were getting breakfast (maybe our own fault but for that price, it's usually included). The shower took approximately 4.5 mins to get warm enough to use and the use of shower saving devices was cheap, nasty and most annoying. We try to support all 'home-grown' family operated business and this location is picturesque. The manor house has been magnificent. It now suffers from lack of maintenance. Our advice is to go try it for a 1 or 2 night getaway but take your own food and wine. Don't expect service so just make your own fun!

This is a little gem tucked away in the Gold Coast hinterland. Plenty of activities available (golf, croquet, walks, sauna, tennis) as well as the provision of DVD's, books and board games. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and meals are restaurant quality. Would have preferred air con in the room but this wasn't a deal breaker.

Just had the most wonderful stay here. Fantastic location, beautiful manor and very friendly, efficient and organised staff. This is a must do if you want a relaxing break, or if not there are plenty of activities onsite such as tennis, golf, sauna,spa,croquet and of course wonderful walks. The food was absolutely amazing.
