Just back from another week at Lochanhully, great holiday again. We had a refurbished cottage this time, no bunk beds, single bed and pull out bed underneath. As usual, staff were great, really friendly and helpful. Weather was very mixed, even had snow one day, but didn't spoil our holiday at all. Scenery is beautiful as always. This was supposed... More

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend, if I had to be honest it looked very dated when we arrived, but once inside that never crossed my mind again! The staff were great and very helpful, the lodges were very well kitted out with bath and shower, tv/DVD, cooker, microwave, fridge and all the utensils you could dream of! One... More

Just back from a 3 night stay at the Lodges. After reading some of the negative reviews i didnt have high hopes - i got a good last minute deal and didnt expect great quality! How wrong i was! The lodge was nicely furnished - not hi-tech or lavish, but very clean and well equipped. Accommodation is small but not... More

The lodges are fairly well scattered across the site - centred around the loch. Although when we first arrived I did think the one next door was pretty close to ours but once inside we were not over looked. There is a numbered car park space allocated to your lodge so you don't have a problem with one lodges residents... More

These were very basic accomodations, but they were clean and attractive. We aren't complaining, we enjoyed our stay here, very much. I particularly enjoyed the glassed in porch, where we could watch a large selection of wildlife. We were made to feel comfortable by the staff and truly loved the Scottish night. I tried a couple of the traditional dishes... More

We have stayed here over 20 times. The cabins are small but cosy feeling, with all you need. No phones in the cabins, but they have wifi and you can get a mobile phone signal. The staff are fantastic and always willing to help. There is an outdoor, tennis court, which is well used in the summer. The clubhouse has... More

We've just come back from an 8 day stay at Lochanhully and had a most enjoyable Time. As mentioned before the lodges are on the small side - there were only two of us and found it perfect. The lodge did seem quite basic at first but had lots of features that made it very comfortable such as spare blankets... More

The resort is in a lovely area, with lots of walks in the forest behind the site, and the nearest village of Carr Bridge within a mile. There is a lovely pub called Cairn Hotel with good food, real ale and was very welcoming to our two dogs. There is a small spa shop, but for a bigger shop, Aviemore... More

Cannot fault this place. We were there for 3 nights. The cabins are cosy and well equipped. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. We asked if salt could be scattered on the decking as it was very icy and my father, 91yrs, was sliding about. Within 15 mins the young maintenance lad arrived, salted the decking and... More

We stayed here over Christmas and were blown away by the natural beauty of the resort and the ever friendly staff. The lodge was spotless when we arrived and we had everything we needed for our week. The staff made the week, they were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Perfect size lodge for a couple or 2 adults... More
