This hotel is over-priced and certainly not of a 4-star standard. The location is excellent in this gorgeous resort, but our stay was ruined by extremely rude staff and management. We will never stay there again.

Stayed at the renovated buildings, very spacious room no. 515 - make sure that you get a room in the renovated buildings (SUPERIOR) as the main building is quite old. Food and staff was great as well!

From Morel's train station walk across the street and take the cable car (middle / mitte) up to Riederalp... The only way you can get there! Once there the hotel is a 3-5 minute walk. Perfect location in Riederalp, the hotel is spread out in various low rise annexe buildings. The bedrooms are of a good size and the hotel sports a very good restaurant and bar. The choice of breakfast is quite good. Overall a high standard.

Lovely hotel in this quiet resort with no cars. Dining room very attractive, staff very friendly, owner in the hotel every evening, dinner delicious. Room was excellent with a wonderful bathroom. Beautiful walking area.
