Our first time in Lanzarote - quick coach trip to Hotel from airport. Friendly welcome (arrived late evening) - upgraded to junior suite with sea view (are most people upgraded ?). Comfortable, spacious. Lock in sliding door to balcony broken but fixed straightaway next morning. Food was excellent, service could not be faulted throughout the hotel. Staff very courteous.
