Hotel was very well appointed, staff were courteous and friendly and overall the stay was very enjoyable and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for any special wekend or occassion.

excellent place to stay, easy walk to train station and right next door to main shopping centre with everything you need. Plenty of sidewalk cafes/restaurants which generates a really great atmosphere. Loved it and would gladly stay there again when in Melbourne

Very friendly, inviting and non pretentious staff. Comfortable couches in the lobby/foyer. We stayed here all day talking, drinking and laughing and nobody told us to move or even sneered at us which was very refreshing. Great breakfast selection. Also great that they close breakfast at around11 which means that we can sleep in

An excellent hotel, with aesthetically pleasing rooms of balanced colour tones, exceptionally clean and well presented. Meals were excellent with great choices. Car parking very secure and under cover. Professional conduct of staff were exceptional. Very impressive and I look forward to additional visits.
