Have stayed at this hotel for years, travelling to Toluca on business. They have an excellent facility, friendly and capable staff, and go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. They have a full service restaurant with a great menu and very good food. The grounds are beautiful.

I liked the big and always cleaned up room and enjoyed the service including the taxi transfer from and to the airport and the daily shuttle to my working location. Very good breakfast buffet and the restaurant offers a big choice of dishes. I would like to stay here again .

I stayed 4 nights at the Quinta del Rey and was very satisfied. The staff was very nice and helpful, my room was always clean thanks to Pascuala Reyes and I enjoyed the shuttle car! I would come back here any time, the room was beautiful and so is the hotel garden.
