Beautiful apartments in ancient (1774) Tuscan villa, that had an extensive restoration work in 2000, in a very refined style; there is also a swimming pool, immersed in the silent, relaxing surroundings of the countryside.Located on the hills of Pratomagno, between Florence and Arezzo (35 km from Florence, 25 from Arezzo, 50 km from Siena on well-made roads), on the cliff of the Pratomagno mountain, with a stunning sight on the whole Valdarno valley and the Chianti hills. Surrounded by olive trees (we do our own olive oil) and typical vineyards.The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 4+2 persons each; they all have at least one bedroom with double bed, its own kitchen, private bathroom and private outdoor garden area; one has two double bedrooms. Podere Casarotta will be your luxurious, comfortable and super relaxing starting point for touring Tuscany! Its rolling hills are covered with olive groves and vineyards, it has extensive woodlands and beautiful restored historical buildings, including many castles and abbeys. All these features contribute to its charm and serene country atmosphere but it is in easy reach of towns such as Arezzo, Florence and Siena.
