Incredible little hotel in a beautiful small town. Situated lakefront on Lake Iseo. Good value, recommend balcony room. Nice pool. Lovely staff. Sulzano and lake Iseo are a magic place to visit, this hotel is the perfect base.

Situated in possibly the best location on Lago Iseo, this is a smallish hotel (30-40 rooms) which has everything for a luxury holiday but without the formality of a grand hotel. This is a delightful small hotel in a small village right on the lakeshore. There is a garden and outside eating area by the lake, and a warm swimming pool with terrace. amazing, great service, really friendly, very helpful, beautiful hotel, amazing views, wonderful breakfast, lovely pool area, relaxing, free wifi, delighted to recommend to anyone. Surrounding restuarants are also great. Can't recommend more highly and we will definitely return.

Get a room with a lake view for the best experience. Hard to fault hotel on anything, note though that they only serve food in the evenings during the summer season. Rooms are a good size, very clean with big shower room (no bath if that is important to you)
