My parents and husband and I just returned from a 10 day trip through Ireland. We were lucky enough to spend 1 of those nights at the Highfield House. Room was spacious, elegant and comfortable. Location cannot be beat, as you are in walking distance to everything. Grounds were beautiful, and it wasn't even in bloom while we were there! A view of the Yellow Tower from the bedroom? Phenomenal!!! Loved the scones and tea on arrival. Breakfast was plentiful and fantastic.

The view of the castle was amazing. The room was comfortable, beautiful, and warm. The bathroom is large along with the shower. Our last night in Ireland was Trim, 1 hour from Dublin. From here, the airport was easy to reach. The B & B " Highfield House" is centrally in Trim (pubs and monuments max. to reach in 5 minutes walking distance) and is comfortably furnished. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. I can only recommend it!
