Yes it's right on the beach, but no daily cleaning and half hearted air con or noisy fan makes for an uncomfortable stay with unhelpful staff...... Lots of better accom at similar prices are available on Koh Samet

On the best beach on Ko samet and around headland towards Silversands. Some bungalows right on shore, but you are only paying for the location. The bunglows are very run down and poorly maintained. Staff are lazy too, and don't leave anything hanging outside your bungalow as likely to get stolen when you are not looking

We stayed one night in a new bungalow to the price of 1.500 baht/night which we found a bit overpriced. The day after we changed to an old bungalow - which really was an old bungalow and needed several maintenance - to the price of 700 baht/night.
