Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We spent 4 days in this outstanding accommodation. It was beyond 5 star in every aspect. We chose to spend the extra money on the large suite with a private plunge pool and deck. It was well worth the money. Tremendous value for the service, views and privacy. Could not recommend it enough.

Simply amazing location and views across the Caldera and the sunset each night. We were in room 9 with a hot tub - great for relaxing in after a days sightseeing and watching the world go by. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed was comfy. Georgia and the team were super helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Even though I had paid for this hotel, I didn't actually get a chance to stay at it overnight, because an issue happened with our ferry to another island to catch a return flight, that pushed our ferry up several hours. But, with that said, we got to see the property, and it was gorgeous! The pictures don't do it justice. Staff met us at the drop-off point from our transportation to carry our luggage and show us the way. The town of Imerovigli is just as cool and beautiful as popular Oia and Fira, but without feeling completely overrun by tourists. Makis and Georgia were SO accommodating in helping my husband and I arrange transportation to the ferry port, especially where there was a last minute change that created a hassle and rush. They were so helpful to make sure we didn't miss the ferry and went above and beyond! The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was wrapped in plastic wrap to indicate it has been cleaned and COVID precautions were followed. I definitely will stay in this property when I return to Santorini.

We stayed there for 5 nights and we had amazing time. The owner, Giorgia and her son, Makis was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with mesmerizing view for the sunset and right in front of Skaros Rock. The room is well decorated very beautiful and clean inside. We definitely wanna come back to this place whenever we are in Santorini. Perfect for honeymoon couple!

My friends, this is an excellent hotel in an excellent location! The view is breathtaking - Volcano!! - even better than any Instagram pic you will ever see. But the best thing about the hotel, is Markis. He's in the front desk, and he can not be more amazing! Such a diligent guy. You will be lucky if he will be there during your check-in.

Wow! The view from the apartment is one of the best in Santorini. You see the entire caldera, with Skaros Rock the focal point. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The hospitality in the Cyclades has been amazing! The rooms are very clean with traditional furniture. Nothing fancy but the people and the view make it a great place. I recommend staying in Imerovigli if you’re looking for great views and relaxation. It’s a 45-min stroll to Fira and a 2.5 hour hike to Oia (highly recommend for the views all along the hike), of course you can always take the bus or rent a car. If you want to be close to the shops and other activities, stay in Fira or Oia.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Annio Flats. Its a beautiful hotel overlooking the volcano with a beautiful sunset view. Vibrant flowers and blue decorations are all over the property. Georgia, The hotel owner, was so welcoming and helpful. She was always there to help plan trips we intended to go on and make sure we were getting a good deal. She even upgraded us from our second floor flat to the Suite at the top level. You see, my boyfriend was planning to propose to me and as a special surprise she went above and beyond to make our experience a fairy tale. We were originally nervous to stay in Imerovigli because we heard that the top spots were Oia and Fira, but fira was just a short walk away and we rented ATV's to go over to Oia. It was so easy to get around! Also, as a plus, Imirovigli was so quiet during the day we could just sit in our Jacuzzi and soak in the scenery without any disruptions to the silence. Annio flats, and Georgia, made Greece such an amazing and special experience for us. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

Myself and my husband just spent 4 nights at Annio Apartments. My first impression was ‘Wow’. We organised (through the hotel) a transfer from the airport which worked out so handy as they were waiting for us at the airport and could bring us very close to the hotel. The streets are very narrow and cars can’t travel straight to the doors of hotels so with the transfer we got as close as possible. On arrival, a member of staff from the hotel met us and insisted on taking our suitcases to the door of our apartment-which meant climbing several steps with the cases on his back! When we arrived to the hotel steps and gate we were totally blown away by the view that seems to appear from no where! The typical Santorini image of white buildings on the cliff and also the stunning Skaros rock. All of this view was at our apartment door and veranda-so we spent most of the sunsets there watching the view without the crowds gathering as they do on the main streets trying to catch a glimpse of the same view. Each morning our bed was made up with beautiful displays. The owner Georgia was so helpful throughout organising ferry transfers, car hire and restaurant recommendations. We went to Avacado restaurant which is very close by on our last night and the food was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location-Imerovigli is so much quieter than Fira and Oia while also having a lovely atmosphere. Fira is about 1/2 hour walk and Oia about an 2hours walk but I would advise to hire a ATV for that journey. Tony’s car hire was fantastic for that, and they even picked us up and dropped us back to the hotel from their place of business(organised by Georgia). The apartment was handy as opposed to a hotel as we could make our own breakfast and lunch while enjoying our view. Their is a very good supermarket 1 minute away. And a beautiful breakfast/brunch/desert boutique called ‘confetti’. We did a cruise with Spiridakos which we booked online and their service was excellent. It was a fantastic day out and one of the highlights of our trip. It is worth doing the hike to Skaros rock also, about an hour climb with a lot of steps but the view is amazing. A fantastic hotel, amazing staff. Santorini is just as picture perfect as you’d imagine and the hotel surpassed our expectations.

I’ll start off by saying the view here is amazing!!! The hotel is reasonably priced unlike many of the surrounding lodgings. We came in October and though still warm enough to swim, we didn’t really care if we had a pool. The room is neat and tidy and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a little kitchenette which was great. Just a heads up- there are a lot of steps to go down to the hotel but you get used to it. Santorini is steps everywhere! The veranda is lovely and they have chairs and tables set up at each one. They are separated only by a little wall but that’s really fine as most of the places in Santorini are similar. Plus we made great friends with our neighbors! It is an easy walk to the nearby town of Fira although getting to Oia would be more of a hike than a walk so we took the bus there. The staff is incredible! Super accommodating and they helped us get to airport and let us leave our luggage with them after check out. The gentleman who drove us to the airport even met us in Oia with our luggage and only charged us a small fee. So much easier than buses and cabs with luggage. I HIGHLY recommended!!

This place was everything I dreamed of staying at while in Santorini. It’s authentic with blue windows and views of the city below. The owner of the hotel makes sure that you’re day is perfect she will order you breakfast, make you reservations , get a taxi or transportation for you. You literally don’t have to lift a finger. You will feel right at home. This place is very instagram worthy picture wise. - Make sure to get a room that comes with a personal hot tub / dipping pool as the hotel does not have a pool I stayed in apartment 11 - Lots of Restaurants and shopping and a ice cream shop next door to the hotel. - Room service all day you don’t even have to leave your room if you don’t want to. - Extremely CLEAN
