My stay was in March, so I'm a little late with my review. While the Seaview was a ways away from the town centre, I am glad for it. There are two quaint little pubs with in walking distance. One of which I had the pleasure of visiting on a rainy afternoon. It was what I wanted, authentic. The food... More

We had a lovely two-night stay at Seaview. The view from our room was special; the West Bay in one direction; adorable cows out the other. Melly's hospitality was both warm & helpful. She steered us to one of the best dinners on our trip, White Horses in Ardmore. Loved the proximity to non-touristy Ardmore. Great location. A terrific value. More

Seaview is a Guesthouse located on N-25 outside of Dungarvan on the Cork Road. It has 8 rooms and host are great. You look down on Dungarvan Bay and they have a great breakfast as you sit looking out on the Bay. You are also within walking distant to to great pubs for dinner and entertainment. I have stayed here... More

We had come from two nights in a rather noisy and cramped accommodation to this beautifully spacious Guesthouse filled with light and warmth. The Guesthouse overlooks the Celtic Sea. We had a spectacular views from our window. We were welcomed on arrival and left to explore. We enjoyed sitting in the lovely glassed-in conservatory, drinking in the view, protected from... More

While the exterior is lovely and has a great view of the bay, the room was small and gave appearance of sparse furnishings. The online picture of the breakfast room is misleading for rest of house! Very clean, but staff was distant and breakfast was tolerable! Understand family illness, but really should hire help or close before ruining business. More

Very comfortable B&B just outside the town of Dungarvan on the road to Cork. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and the stay was value for money More

The accommodation was perfect for our weeks golf in Ireland. A good Irish breakfast after a relaxing nights sleep. The rooms were warm and clean, everything we required was provided. The host Mealla made us feel very welcome. Check out their website www.seaviewdungarvan.com More

We had a nice experience at Seaview. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and cheery and well decorated. The other reviews are correct - the Seaview is not close to town, but there is a restaurant/pub within walking distance that my teenage sons enjoyed. We did not experience unfriendly staff during our stay. We... More

B&B is located 3 to 4 miles out of Dungarvan on road that is too busy for walking. Taxi into town for 2 people is about 11 euro. Breakfast was offered no later than 9am. We were down for breakfast before 9, but the fry was well overcooked. Great view of the coast and the town we thought we were... More

My mother and I stayed at this place last week and found it to be very nice. It has a beautiful view of Dungarvan Bay, but as someone else said, you would not be within walking distance. It's about a 5 minute drive from town center on the N25. As it is on the main highway, you shouldn't be doing... More
