Absolutely amazing holiday. One of the best! We are 4 families with teenagers each staying in different accommodation (all were fine/ great, the more you pay the better it is!). Did it all car free - easy trains for Venice, Milan or Bergamo. Beautiful cities like Verona to visit and Pescheria Del Garda is walking distance and absolutely stunning. Staff were lovely, bakery and shop on site and then two big supermarkets within 200 metres of the site. Great beach bar as you get to the lake (few mins walk from campsite) serves great pizza and has fantastic views. Hospital also in walking distance (which sadly we had to use but great to have so close. Staff at campsite were really lovely when my son had an accident plying volleyball, gave us great advice and really cared. Pools are nice and simple (no swimming at rules like you sometimes get in Italy). Mix of nationalities which is exactly how we like it. Looking for holidays next year and nothing seems to compare!

We stayed here for a week at the end of august with eurocamp family of four two boys age 10 and 12. Our mobile home was clean and functional. The site is lovely and in a really good position 15 minutes walk from pescheria which is a gorgeous town. We hired bikes for the week from arielli in town (far cheaper than on site and with helmets, locks etc and he does child bikes) we got the train to Verona for the day, fab and super easy, the boat to Sirmione and the bus further north of the lake to visit torri, garda and the cable cars. Public transport was excellent in pescheria as well as lots of nice restaurants. Used supermarket familia ten min walk from the site. The site has two pools, we only used one next to the football pitches and bar which had a lovely feel to it and we always managed to get a sun bed. It is open to 8pm which my kids loved. They went to football camp at the site most days and loved it. A nice site in a really good location.

Stayed on this site for four days as part of a driving holiday around France/ Italy. The weather was glorious and site is a short walk from the lake and a 20 minute walk into a really pretty town. Amazing supermarket 10 Minute walk away with the most amazing views from a supermarket car park I have ever seen! The site is on the bigger side, predominantly Dutch, German and Italian but some Brit’s as well. We drove from the UK but didn’t use the car when we was there, took a train to Milan one of the days which was really simple. Pool area is busy with some slides but we always managed to get a sun bed in the afternoon. My daughter did have a vomiting stomach bug after her visit here but I have no proof that it was due any poor hygiene at the site, just one of those things I suppose. Overall it was a good stay, the previous site we stayed at before this set the bar extremely high so we didn’t like it as much as there but there was nothing particularly bad about Del Garda, it was just our personal taste.

We stayed for 7 nights in a bungalow I Tigli as 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 6 (both with additional needs). There were only 2 negative things; first, the couch bed in I Tigli looks like a fold-out double in the photos on the website, but it is actually 2 singles which can be pushed together but both sides are not at the same height level. Second then is that some of the lifeguards weren't really watching the water-slides closely. We saw a lot of people going down on inflatables which isn't allowrd, and a couple of times there were fully-grown adults pushing my kids out of the way so that they could go on the slides first. Aside from those two things, we had the best time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked directly with the campsite. Check-in was quick and easy. We arrived late in the afternoon so our bungalow was ready immediately. One of the first things that we noticed was how clean the entire campsite was. There was no litter anywhere. The bungalow was spotless. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but still plenty of space for the 4 of us. The supermarket on-site was fine for the basics. There are 2 very large supermarkets about a 10 minute walk for the campsite too which both have a huge selection. We ordered take-out most nights from the on-site restaurant. There is a huge selection of food. We tried something different each time and it was delicious every time. Service was very quick too. We mostly used the pools by the bungalows. We did use the main pools a couple of times. Our kids loved the slides and the various bits that sprayed water. The pools by the bungalows were just quieter which was perfect for one of our children who really struggles with loud sounds and crowds. It was great to have a choice of pool areas. We walked to Peschiera almost every day. It's about a 20 minute walk and mostly flat so it was an easy walk too. We spent a day in Gardaland. It is close enough that you could walk it, but we got a taxi. Staff at reception were very helpful with information about the park and rang a taxi for us. The taxi was less than €10 each way. We went to mini-disco a couple of nights. The entertainers were really great. They had lots of energy and really interacted with all the children. My children felt very included. One of my children says that the mini-disco was her favourite part of the entire holiday. We usually like to visit new places and rarely stay in the same place twice, but we will definitely be back to Del Garda Village and Camping.

Booked with Eurocamp and the head office booking process was great, staff knowledgeable and extremely helpful but thats where it ends. the Eurocamp resort staff are so disinterested we ended up just talking to reception staff at the park. Our mobile home was of a reasonable standard but the prices are better if you book direct. The Eurocamp resort staff are uncaring and slow to respond to faults. No checking in with customers to check how things are going, in fact we watched them try and leave "we called & missed you" tags on the doors when they knew people were out. The Eurocamp staff also weren't at their office on time for check in someone had to phone them as there was a huge queue! After having an accident and sustaining an injury we asked the reps for help and information to which they basically said go to the hospital its a 10 minute walk! The Parc itself however is lovely, medium sized, great restaurant, lovely shop, nice facilities overall. All the staff of the Parc are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Parc is exceptionally clean and well located for the lake, supermarkets etc. We will definitely go back but not with Eurocamp, after 16 years of booking with them we wont use them again as the standard of the reps onsite is dreadful.

Just back from a wonderful 2 week break. Park is in a great location and that was the main reason we booked. Just 5 minutes drive to 2 theme parks and the best waterpark (we went to waterpark twice). 5 minute walk to the lake with beautiful promenade/beach where you can hire SUP and pedalos, and bars (great for walking and cycling), also just a 15 walk to the main town, which is stunning!! We’ve stayed in a static caravan in different places across Europe over the past 6 years and this is our favourite so far. The site itself is a perfect size, not too big and pools were great. Onsite restaurant was nice, only gripe was the pizzas, had them twice and really not the best, bit tasteless! Everything else tasted fine. We stayed in a 3 bedroom caravan (just 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children (16 and 14), it was great having the space and 2 showers). My youngest son is a football fanatic and loved spending time on the onsite pitch and he loved the footie sessions with Inu, he has a lovely way with the children. There are so many beautiful towns to visit, we hired a car but will use the ferry more next time. We visited Venice and Verona and the opera in Verona, all highly recommended. Both boys want to go back again next year, so I’d say that was a result. We booked direct with the site this year and will do the same again next year. Thank you, see you then. Here’s a photo from the bridge in Peschiera.

We travelled as a family of four with two kids, age 4 and 1. This was our first kind of holiday like this and we weren’t really sure what to expect. We had pre-booked a suntransfers taxi with car seat from Verona airport and arrived at 11 am and checked in to use the park facilities. First impressions were good - the park was very clean and tidy and well manicured and remained so for our stay. We got the keys for our Eurocamp Lodge (Azure Lounge) at 3 pm and went to check it out. We were a little underwhelmed at how basic and small the lodge was, but it was clean and beds very comfortable and after a trip to the supermarket for essentials, everything was good. We knew not to expect luxury but it was probably a little more basic than we were expecting. Shower was powerful and warm and we hired linen. Our cabin type had a gated veranda with sofa seating which was perfect to keep the kids in and we spent most of our time outside, eating all our meals there. Everywhere felt very safe with people just leaving stuff out on their verandas around the pool. Take bug spray as we all got bitten, but this is the whole location at the lake, not the camp! We really enjoyed our time here. The kids loved the mini disco in the evening and the pool was great during the day. Surprisingly warm but the slides pools are very shallow. The park wasn’t full when we were here so we never had a problem with sunbeds or wait times in the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was good, but nothing stand out. There is a small expensive supermarket on site and two large supermarkets within 10min walking distance of the site outside of which is a bus stop for services which takes you along the east side of the lake and then there is the rail station 15min in the other direction from where we got a direct train to Venice (they also go in the opposite direction, to Milan). A bit further is the main town area of Pescheria with restaurants, bars shops etc and ferry terminal. We even walked back from Gardaland one day - there is a brand-new segregated footway that has just gone in along the main road so it’s quite easy and if you’re used to walking to places. Even our 4-year-old managed it albeit with a few piggybacks. It is well located to not need a car. We use the laundry room to do a few loads of washing. It is €4 and there is a change machine in the arcade. My only issue is with the Eurocamp policy of having to clean the cabin before you leave. If you book direct with the site, there is a €30 fee which covers cleaning at the end. The condition of the non-Eurocamp lodges looked actually really good with many looking brand new and better than the photos suggest on their website so if we go again I’d definitely book direct. To summarise we had one of the best family holidays we’ve had with kids. We were able to tick the pool and playground box as well as a bit of culture and nice restaurants out and about for us adults and a night in Venice in the middle to top it off. We’ll be looking to do a similar holiday next year, maybe Tuscany this time.

Our kids still love coming here even though they are now 8 and 13. 1st time in May 1/2 term. Not much changed year on year. Tried a Clivia this year - v nice and liked the 2 bathrooms. It was quiet at start of week and packed by the end of the week (Italian bank holiday). As such pool and restaurant were overwhelmed (gave up on latter after waiting 10 mins to get a menu). This is a great, well kept and well organised site. Fantastic team. Thank you.

We stayed for 12 nights in August. The campsite itself is beautifully clean. I would agree with some others that the caravans could be cleaner and yes some do have ants but it's a caravan and well ants will be ants! I have travelled to many different campsites and they have all required us to either rent or bring our own linen - we travelled by plane and brought our own not a problem, we knew what to expect. It is also common knowledge that most if not all require you to clean before you leave or pay for this service. If you were considering visiting this campsite and this is an honest review I would say you won't get better value for money in the area. The entertainment team work flat out and your kids will have a great time mine were 11 and 7.
