“Looks good but very bad hotel”

We booked two rooms as we were two families needed to stay for a night. Hotel looked good and rooms looked al right from out side. We booked this hotel for our trip to Haridwar for kumbh bath in Apr 2010. I have stayed at many hotels over the years but this was worst hotel.
