Over cost to avarage location, rooms, service and facilities. Expending that much, you can travel to any spa centre to a city in europe. Spa facilities are quite limited compared to any one in europe or somewhere else. Tha lake in front of the hotel is scrap and stinks. Towns and vikkages around hotel sapanca is unsafe, crowded and unfriendly.

Me and my wife enjoyed an amazing anniversary at Richmond. The special package made it even more romantic and memorable. Great hospitality, perfect service. Special thanks to Mr. Balcan, the GM, for his close interest and politeness.

We went there on a 2 days pacakge and we had just a WONDERFUL TIME Place is so peaceful and nicely done We spent 2 days wearing just nice dressing gown and wondering from the outside pool side , the hamacks to the inside SPA with all the different amenities JUST INCRIDIBLE the breakfast and diner is just FANTASTIC too... Situated adjacent to the Sapanca Lake, this is a great place for a (long) weekend getaway. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable. The spa is clean and the masseuses are skillful. I spent twelve days here and had mixed weather but still found the hotel to be very nice. No complaints about the staff, they could not have done more, the room itself was clean and mini bar constantly topped up. Not that many people here during the week. Restaurants still open with good selection of fish and salads.

1,5 hr drive from Istanbul, lovely SPA hotel on the shore of Sapanca Lake with elegant rooms. Cost efficient. Lake swimming also possible.
