Characterful and quiet location. Very good value rooms, nothing remarkable but clean and adequate. Good atmosphere at the hostel, but the staff especially Chris make it a great base to explore Vang Vieng. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. Beds and bedding feel well worn, as others have mentioned, but the room was comfortable quiet. Great week. Nice room, good food. But what we loved the most was the kindness of the owners. Always there to answer any question or help you with anything you need. So if you're planning to go to vangvieng, go to Pan's Place :)
