Spent two nights here in July 2012. CD and Kathy were great hosts and CD makes a great homemade breakfast and pastries! The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. We parked our car there while we went to Kennecott Glacier Lodge using a shuttle to pick us up and return for our second night. We would highly recommend this... More

We stayed here for two nights in August. We came to the Wrangell-St. Elias area from Denali - what a nice change! No tour buses from the cruise lines, no "glitter gulch" - just the Alaska we came for. And on the top the nicest hosts we met on our three week trip. The room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean,... More

My wife and I stayed w/ CD and Kathy for 2 nights in Sept, 2012. It was absolutely the best lodging experience we had on our AK road trip. Friendly, good food, quiet. Now wish we had stayed at least one more day. Bob & Yvonne Corley, Globe, Az.

We were here in the middle of July 2012, on our way to Wrangell-St Elias. The B&B is a very convenient stop-over to spend a night if you are heading to the Park. Kathy and CD are such fantastic hosts and all of us were spoilt by the delicious and sumptuous supper and breakfast. The rooms are cozy, very clean... More

My husband and I stayed 4 days in August. The hospitality and quality were unsurpassed. CD's moto "Come as guests leave as friends" is absolutely the truth. The breakfasts served each morning were extrodinaire. The days spent there will be forever engraved in our minds...fabulous and highly recommend!!

The Copper Moose is priced toward the high end, but the hosts go out of their way to give guests a good experience. We paid $270 including tax for two nights. The bedroom was very nicely furnished (including bathrobes). Bathrooms are down the hall, but I believe there are 3 bathrooms to serve 4 bedrooms, so it's not too bad.... More

This is run by the best hosts ever. Great conversations with friendly, helpful couple. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The location was on the way to the park, so you save time over staying in town. Beutiful home with great views in the woods. The room had TV and WIFI. The breakfasts were the best and he served... Easily one of our favorite places to stay in all of Alaska. A beautiful three story log cabin, the proprietor was very helpful and made an awesome breakfast. The rooms don’t have private baths, but there are only four rooms and two baths, so its not really a problem. Situated about a half hour from the park entrance, but well... More
