Found it old and worn out, bathroom door wood was separating, counter top was roughting, It was however clean. We were told one price and charged another. Building is in constant repair, we were waiting on elevators cause they were being worked on. Spent a day without water, then out of hot water. But it was a place to sleep.

Nice condo. You could pay the same for just a hotel room w/ no ammenities like a kitchen or huge lanai. Only complaint was speed of elevators, but one out of 3 was being worked on. Jeannie was great & very accommodating. Thank you Jeannie. Roof top view amazing!

The doors to the balcony are poorly built. No sound insulation, cracks in between the sliding doors. Let's the noise right into your room and it loud all night.
