We stayed at this hotel for 5 days at the end of April. The room was small, and the balcony quite ugly with painted concrete floor and dividing wall. Overall, we really liked this hotel. It is a beautiful hue of pink. Service is generally good. We stayed in the heritage section. The rooms are nice but rather small. This hotel has the best location on Waikiki beach. The staff, service are outstanding. You don't have to fight for a lounger around the pool. The sand is a few steps away. The Mai Tai bar on the beach is awesome for sunset cocktails. Well worth the money.
