Disappointed in the quality of this B&B. Staff not friendly. Bed small, hard and uncomfortable. Noisy street made it difficult to sleep at night. Breakfast is a joke unless all you want is baked goods. Newport, however, is beautiful with great shopping, restaurants, and ocean views. Can't wait to go back but will not be staying here!

Just got back from staying here with a friend(BBF) and had a wonderful time! The Inn is very old but quite charming! Our room was Rm#11 located on the third floor.
