My husband and I enjoyed a mid-winter stay and a weekend summer stay in 2012 and we hope to go back this summer for our anniversary! Located in the heart of Newport, yet just far enough away from the noisy center of town to enjoy some peace and quiet. The Inn itself has a plentiful continental breakfast on the third... More

I'll start by saying this house that was built I believe early 1800's is tucked away in one of the best spots in Newport. It is a few blocks walk down the the center of town so you dont need a car and also you are up away from the traffic. That being said- It has a wonderful 2nd story... More

The Pilgrim House Inn is cozy, charming and centrally located within walking distance of Newport Harbor and all the shopping. This really comes in handy because it can be difficult to park in Newport, and we really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Inn Parking is down the street but that was not a problem. The owners are very helpful... More

Disappointed in the quality of this B&B. Staff not friendly. Bed small, hard and uncomfortable. Noisy street made it difficult to sleep at night. Breakfast is a joke unless all you want is baked goods. Newport, however, is beautiful with great shopping, restaurants, and ocean views. Can't wait to go back but will not be staying here!

We stayed one night at the Pilgrim House and could easily have made it more. The owners were welcoming and the accommodations were charming. It was a bit like staying at a great-grandmother's house. All the little extras (like the sherry set-up in the living room and the snacks available all the time) made it very homey. With parking included... More

The location is perfect for seeing the Newport Mansions or the restaurants and nightlife on the Wharf. Nice rooftop deck for breakfast or relaxing with a bottle of wine after a day of sight seeing in Newport. The staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were large and very clean. Exceeded our expectations in every category. Parking was a couple of... More

I recently stayed at Pilgrim House Inn from June 22 to June 25. When I arrived I was greeted by Barry who is one of the innkeepers. He provided me with directions to park my car near the auto mechanic. Upon entering my room the air-conditioning was already running. The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was in good condition... More

Just got back from staying here with a friend(BBF) and had a wonderful time! The Inn is very old but quite charming! Our room was Rm#11 located on the third floor. Room was decent size with 2 queen beds and bathroom was small but managable. Breakfast is served on the third floor and the roof top deck is there also.... More

The web page photography for the Pilgrim House Inn (circa 1800) is beautiful. The palor is very nicely done and comfortable. They even have a liquer and biscuits for late afternoon. It is really very charming. Breakfast is served on the third floor and the patio is off the breakfast room with a beautiful view of the harbor on a... More

My husband and I stayed here on our overnight in Newport. This place was lovely and had a lot of the old Victorian charm you would expect in a historic home of this era. The innkeeper is lovely and her staff are helpful and efficient. The 3rd floor room was clean and loved that we didn't have to share a... More
