My wife and I stayed for two nights July into August 2012. Everything about our stay was great. The accomodations, parking, location, and especially our friendly and very helpful hosts, Donna and Richard.

This is a real gem in Newport. Rooms were very clean. Free on-site parking is a big bonus. Just a short walk to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and had many great suggestions.

Room was quaint Victorian with great comfy bed. Love the location. Owners were friendly and informative. We will definitely return. This was our first B&B in Newport. We usually stay at one of the hotels.
