An amazing stay in this old house, perfectly decorated to make you feel in a Gilded Age mansion... with nowadays comfort! Perfectly located, nearby the city center. A special mention to the amazing team: Rick (thanks again for everything!) a great host, Jo for you endless smiles and a great cooking chef which make mouthwatering breakfast (pastries, eggs, french toast,... My husband and I stayed at the Wynstone in Newport for a quick romantic getaway. Our room, The Elms, was gorgeous. The king sized bed with feather bed was lovely, the huge 2 person jacuzzi filled up quickly with very hot water and the decor made us feel like we were back in time staying in a mansion. After a... Wow, what a great weekend! Thanks Rick, we could not have been happier with our stay at the Wynstone. This was our first trip to Newport, and we are already thinking about the next one. Location was perfect (didn't have to drive the whole weekend) Our room was great, only wish we could have stayed longer! Rob & Rita

We stayed in the Belcort room. To say the room was magical is an understatement. The bed was high off the ground and so comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing. This is the room you need if you want a romantic weekend away. A little pricey but worth it. We ate across the street at Franklins but the food did smell... More

We stayed at the Wynstone Inn during the hottest days in Newport 90's++ in the daytime. The King beds in the suites are very comfy and the large Jacuzzi tubs are great. Rick was nice to arrange picking us up and drop off for breakfast since the cozy breakfast area downstairs was not open. It is an old home but... More

My Fiance and I have stayed at this B&B several times. We are always treated with the highest hospitality. The Inn is beautiful and extremely well kept. Rick the owner goes out of his way to make sure all our plans are taken care of and the Innkeeper is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I plan on recommending this... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Breakers Room at the Wynstone this past weekend as a nice, romantic, night away. We were hoping to get the Rosecliff room but as that was taken (last minute reservation) we choose the Breakers room. We had an amazing time! The room was beautiful, with a gorgeous fireplace, a beautiful, spacious jacuzzi, two... More

Beautiful decor with spacious extraordinary bathroom and jacuzzi! Great location, close to dining and shopping near wharf. Rick Farrick was extremely generous with his time, and knowledge; even called us during our stay to see if he could further assist us! Highly recommend Inns of Newport properties for a great Newport experience!

We recently stayed one night at the Wynstone and thought it was great! The location is fantastic if you are there to shop and visit around Newport. The owners and staff could not have been nicer. We were upgraded to the King size bed which was extremely comfortably and the tallest bed I have ever seen. The rooms were clean.... More

The photos of this Inn were not representative of our experience . The Inn is located on the corner a very busy street. The street noise was very loud from traffic and pedestrians. You could hear people talking as they walked by our second story window. As you enter the Inn, the hallways are very narrow and difficult to carry... More
