I would certainly recommend this hotel as a very clean and comfortable hotel. I would certainly stay here again. I priced other hotels in the area with suites, and they were higher in price. Location was great and staff was extremely helpful.

“Great Hotel Bad Food”

630 am and hashbrowns were like hockey pucks...unacceptable. No vegan or even health conscious options for breakfast or dinner. Unless you consider "salad" the go to for healthy. Who eats just a salad for dinner? Some lettuce and very little else in the salad is a tease. Otherwise Hotel is great, comfy, clean, great location, great staff substandard food offerings.

“Housekeeping needs significant improvement”

We were generally satisfied with our stay at the hotel - our kids loved the pool area and there were lots of options for breakfast. “Comfortable Stay”

We stayed at the Homewood Suites over the Canadian Victoria Day weekend this year. The Homewood Suites is very clean and comfortable. “Lots of space for large group of family”

Two bedroom suite was just what we needed. Staff helpful. Food was acceptable. Clean, easily accessible to State University at Buffalo. Down side was the open 2nd bathroom - would have liked to have privacy. Pretty accomadations and all areas were clean/smelled good.

“Noisy-No reponse from front desk”

There was a large noisy group of guests out in front of the hotel at 3am and when I called the front desk to ask them to quiet down the desk phone went unanswered many times. Other than that incident this hotel is fine.

“Great experience”

This was our first time at Homewood Suites and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast had a nice selection. It was close to shopping and the airport. The suites were well furnished and equipped.

“Overnight stay”

Needed a place convenient to airport with shuttle to catch early flight next morning. Reservation process was smooth as was check-in...suite was clean and presentable. Hotel uses own shuttle whick was right on time and courteous.
