The Lenox is has a great location near Delaware Ave and Allentown in Buffalo. Its quite an old hotel and definitely a unique experience. The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. Being an older hotel, its different from the cookie-cutter business travelers' hotels I frequently stay at. Would come back. More

The room was so stale smelling the first thing I did was rush to open the window! Surprise! It was already opened, and yet so smelly! Mildew all over the tiles in the shower stall and a disgusting, mildew-filled shower curtain... I had to flip it around before I took a shower. STAY AWAY! More

These owners need to be booted out of this hotel...I do believe it's a front for something very shady...rude desk clerks...no communication regarding problems...they scam everybody..must need the money..they lie thru their teeth..there is no maintenance on the weekends to fix anything...no heat in the apt that I rented..do not go to the Lenox if you know what's good for...
