Full service hotel offering a variety of dining options. I had never slept on a Sleep Number bed and was asleep within 5 minutes of laying down. Room was basic but very clean. Improvement could be a better in room coffee service.

“Beautiful Historic gem!”

Wonderful change from the sterile new hotels. The historic property offers everything in a grande deluxe style of an era of the past. Enjoy the Cafe, Carmen's or Trax for your favorite food or beverage. This is a great location for a wedding, reception or social get together.

My husband and I spent one night in Scranton on a recent trip to Pennsylvania. You can see the hotel from the distance on the highway, and it gets more amazing as you get closer. The front desk attended was very nice and helpful. We stayed in the jacuzzi "suite". Horrible experience!
