Loved this hotel. Stayed there over this weekend and the room was spotless and the customer service was wonderful. Those behind the desk were so accomodating in getting us a shuttle. There was a little problem with hotel parking, but the hotel comp'd everyone for the evening, so that was great! Would definitely stay again!

The Scranton Hilton was very clean and staffed with a professional group of employees. The rooms were very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. We ate at the Pub, which was very good, and enjoyed the hospitality of of the staff.

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in years! Usually, I find other people's hair in the bathroom, on the shower walls, etc, but this one was spotless and hairless. Also, the mattress was very clean. Coffee pot was plugged in and in a convenient spot. Very nice!

This hotel is located not too far away from the Steamtown mall. There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance. They have redone their menu at the bar and it is awesome. Breakfast is always a pleasure and they have the best smoked salmon in the area. Rooms are good size and the staff is great.

Wonderful weekend spent celebrating our anniversary in our home town! The Hilton went above and beyond meeting our expectations and making sure that our weekend was special. Great staff, great rooms and great attention to details to help us celebrate! Will definitely stay here again ;D

Just a reminder you are in downtown Scranton where the emergency services use their sirens a lot at night so if you are a light sleeper you mat want to stay out of town. Very comfortable bedding, clean rooms, good food, and accommodating staff. However, the food service is slow.
