First of all, this is not the campground to go to if you are looking for back to nature type camping. They don't pretend to be. This is where you go with the family for an amazing family camping outing. They are THE BEST for kids of ALL ages! Please note that many of the reviews complain about the expense... More

Everyone has a different sense of what camping means or is. This place packs in the people, monitors them closely (so there is some law/order), and provides ample entertainment for kids. There is a outdoor bouncy place which our kids enjoyed, playgrounds, and pools. What this place is not or has not: (1) quiet camping (2) abundant green space and... More

Visited my family camping there. What a wonderful place, so many things to do for every age. Take a hike, jump on the bouncy pillows, enjoy the sunset, toast marshmallows over the campfire. We are planning a family trip for next year, with the cabins and RV will fit all, can't wait

This was our first trip to Jellystone in Luray Va. We had heard great things about their Halloween weekends so away we went. Arrived late Friday but our reservation was on the door. A guide led us to our spot and graciously waited while we backed into our very dark space. Set up was easy and off to bed. Woke... More

We stayed here for 3 days and that was enough for us. We chose this for our daughters birthday because she saw the waterslide and mini golf. We had originally planned to tent camp but realized the cabins were not much more than a deluxe tent site and it was a little hot and humid, so we ended up renting... More

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Jellystone, Luray. My husband and I, along with our 3 children rented the Skyline cabin for 3 nights. The staff is very polite and friendly. The golf cart was a fun treat, and in our experience, well needed to get around with our 3 little ones and gear. We enjoyed the mini... More

The pros: Staff was very polite, facilities were clean, our son was not bored, our RV site was good, lots to do in the area. The cons: Flys and gnats were quite the nuisance during the day; mini golf area needs work (bushes in some places are overgrown, water features were not working, debris on playing areas); as others have... My kids loved it here. It's our second visit in 3 years. They've added two giant inflated bouncing 'pillows.' The bottom line for my family is this: It is too expensive, but the freedom for my (9 & 10 yrs old) children is priceless. Jumping on their bikes (with walkie talkies) and visiting the arcade or pay ground gave a... More

quite pricey, but you would figure that the extra cash would go to park upkeep. apparently not. restrooms were fair, not great. ivy vines growing into the men's room thru the air vents. very dusty roads, uneven camp sites all crammed together, and a horrible sewer odor from their small treatment plant. smelled so bad on a few of the...
