Pros: Nice and helpful staff, easy access to freeway, slightly outdated furnishings but still nice, ample parking (safe), nice cook-to-order items for breakfast (included). Cons: Although the location has easy access to the 101 freeway, that does cause extra noise for light sleepers (not too bad).

Very welcoming, helpful staff. Dated but cared for facility. Attached restaurant very handy and good tapa type choices. Good breakfast. Again, pleasant staff at restaurant and an enjoyable singer/guitar live at dinner time.

Good clean rooms - close to freeway - usual Best Western quality standard - very helpful staff - excellent and substantial hot breakfast. Would stay again if in the area. Only slight down point was that front rooms could have traffic noise when freeway busy.

Went to the Canyon Club in nearby Agoura Hills for a Thursday night performance. Didn't want to drive home (50 mi) after 12 midnight. Very clean quiet room and friendly staff. Simple hot & continental breakfast. The freshly made French toast was excellent and I'm not really into FT. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
