Hotel is in a very good location with movie theater, grocery store, and a mall within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices. Dinner was exceptionally good. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

We found this hotel had a great location for getting everything we wanted to see in Santa Fe! The room was clean, the beds - very comfortable, the balcony - perfect for a coffee or cocktail! The quality of the bedding, the towels, the furnishings, and the bathroom are very nice. I've noticed corners being cut in other hotels...this is the quality I want when I stay at a hotel. The warm cookie is nice too!

My visit at the hotel was 7 days so there was ample opportunity to objectively measure the quality of service and facilities. In all areas, I found that staff went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and a valued customer. The facilities were also exceptional with high-end bedding, spacious rooms, and a very much appreciated internet access.
