Every January 30 for the past seven years we have stayed at this hotel on our way to Scottsdale, AZ We appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the close-in parking, the in-house restaurant, & excellent housekeeping services. This year we were especially happy to be upgraded into a spacious fireplace suite in the Hacienda & Spa area of the hotel and enjoyed... More

I booked a trip to Santa Fe as a surprise gift for my husband at Christmas and after much thought, settled on the Hacienda portion of The Hotel Santa Fe. The room ( a fireplace suite) was very nice...I will say the only disappointment I had was that when I booked ( and during two separate telephone conversations), the reservationist... More

How naughty of us to suggest to confirm that your suite in The Hacienda would have vigas when only a very few are fitted out this way. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I have already spoken to our reservation agents. Thank you for your kind words and I am so happy to learn that you enjoyed... More

This place would have been excellent if I hadn't wanted to sleep. The great things: Allow dogs and offer complimentary doggy bones - nice! Close-by free parking - nice! Large, clean rooms with excellent housekeeping services - nice! Free Wi-Fi and coffee/tea in lobby - nice! Comfortable bed with great, quiet climate control w/wall thermostat - nice! Friendly staff -... More

I am most disturbed to learn that you encountered plumbing noise problems during your recent stay at the Hotel, as this had not been brought to my attention and please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you were caused and rest assured the problem will be addressed tomorrow morning, although there has not been any further concerns. I do hope... More

Every December for the past 5 years we meet our friends for a long weekend at the Hacienda at Hotel Santa Fe. From the moment you enter the lobby you are welcomed. The large one bedroom suite is immaculate. The ice bucket is filled and a basket of fresh fruit awaits you upon arrival. The butler service excellent. The entire... More

This was one of the most relaxing trips we have ever taken. The hotel Hacienda was worth every penny. It is separate from the Hotel Santa Fe but is attached by a covered walkway. We stayed in a three room suite, the Chaco Canyon suite. It was spacious, with lovely, regional decor. In the Hacienda you have butler service. If... More

Please choose The Hacienda as your "home" base in Santa Fe. Free parking, free breakfast, free internet, shuttle. All staff is extra friendly and willing to go out of their way to provide you with a memorable stay. Your "butlers" provide exceptional service and the lounge offers wine, beer, cheese and crackers every evening 4-7. My adventure in Santa Fe... More

Room was very comfortable. One of the greatest showers ever. Location was quiet with just a short walk to the square. Shuttle to local attractions was convenient. Hotel restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. More

One problem you encounter as a visitor in Santa Fe is that the hotels located around the plaza area are outdated. The Hacienda solved this problem by building a 4 star hotel behind the original hotel. The rooms are lovely with great beds, roomy and modern bathrooms, and fireplaces in each room. Although the hotel is not adjacent to the... More

Thank you for staying with us again and your kind words are greatly appreciated. I am sorry to learn of the problem you had getting in touch with the Spa, which is managed by a third party, and I will certainly bring this matter to their attention. Again, thank you! More

The service we received and location of the the hotel couldn't have been better. Even on a chilly damp visit we were in walking distance to most everything in the heart of Santa Fe. If walking wasn't an option the hotel provided excellent on call shuttle service. Staying in the Hacienda provided privacy and a sense of quiet that was... More

The Hacienda at Hotel Santa Fe was a great pick for our first trip to Santa Fe! From the moment we checked in the staff was very helpful. We even had a butler that took our suitcase and showed us to our room. (He was also very helpful later when I was desperate for some sinus meds for my allergies!)... More
