My fiancé and I stayed here for his birthday weekend and it was such a nice, relaxing weekend! The Inn is a great walking distance to the plaza and the owners are super friendly and inviting. Best breakfast we've had in awhile too!!

My wife and I stayed for three nigts. It was GREAT!! Room was comfortable. The other guests were interesting and we had some good conversations over breakfast which to say the least was one of the best we have ever had at a B&B with your choice of meny. Our host was remarkable, always there with a suggestion for sight... More

We stayed two wonderful nights at this quaint and historic inn and enjoyed it immensely. The innkeeper was helpful and gracious. Our fellow guests engaged in interesting conversation over freshly made to order hot breakfast and the inn was located walking distance to the plaza, but far away enough to render our stay quiet and very relaxing. The room was... More

The Inn of the Turquoise Bear is filled with literary and art history--that's the reason I chose to visit over this past Memorial Day weekend. The Ansel Adams room, where I slept, was quiet and comfortable. I toured the other rooms and found I'd like the experience of spending a visit in each one; they are all unique. The Inn... More

The Inn is always fantastic. We have stayed here during all seasons. It is close to everything in Santa Fe and very quiet. You will over-order for breakfast! The portions are generous and excellent. We have stayed at inns linked to a chef or cookbook and those to do not compare to Turquoise Bear!! It is always immaculate and you... More

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. The Inn is so historic and we heard about all the famous people who have stayed there over the years, like Georgia O'Keefe. Our room was so charming. We met so many interesting people at the full breakfast and wine gathering in the evenings. It felt like home.... More

I selected "excellent" because "FANTASTIC" wasn't available. Beautiful historic property in the heart of Santa Fe only a 10-15 minute easy walk to the plaza, wonderfully maintained by the bests hosts imaginable..Robert and Ralph created a family of those staying at the Inn regaling them with the history of the property, hosting an evening of wine and conversation, and assisting... I stayed at the Inn of the Turquoise Bear over Memorial Day weekend. I was greeted at the door by the proprietor, Robert. He knew my name and made me feel welcomed. His dogs greeted me as well. I wish I had brought my dog! Evenings are an outdoor meet and greet with other guests over complimentary wine. Cookies are... More

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful B & B. The owners are the finest hosts to have. Plus, their 2 dogs and 2 cats........what's not to love. They all make you feel so at home. The B & B itself is very special - thick adobe walls, old wooden floors, high ceilings....really makes you feel like you're on vacation!... More

My two dogs asked me to write this review for them to express how much they loved staying at the inn. We were in the coach house (Spud room),and it was perfect for them. It was a detached building so if they played or barked no one was bothered. Also there was a large courtyard for them to play in.... More
