Service, accomodations and food are excellent. The restaurant is exceptional and I'm usually a sceptic of hotel restaurants. The concierge staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this resort to my most discerning friends and I plan to return. More

This is a really nice resort to get a way for a relaxing weekend. We really enjoyed how relaxing it was. The rooms are very nice. The on site restaurant was our best meal in santa fe by far. They have loaner vehicles and shuttles available, but they do book up early. More

We spent Thanksgiving week 2011 here, in a Sunset Suite, Room 50. This is a shoulder season for Santa Fe, so we got a large internet discount. The resort was only about half-full. We have stayed at the Encantado twice, and have eaten at their restaurant a few times. Each visits has been super. Nice but lacks the whole ambiance of Santa Fe. It feels much more sterile. If you didn't know that you were in Santa Fe, you might have thought you were in Dallas or San Francisco. It's decor is very modern. The buildings have hard edges. Service is great. But it lacks .....something...charm. Not worth even driving out there. More

This is a luxury resort located within 15 minutes of downtown Santa Fe. The service is friendly and unobtrusive and the spa services are top rate. It's expensive but with a fall special ,breakfast and a $100 resort credit was included. They don't nickle and dime you and include tips for breakfast service which was whatever you wanted and excellent.... More
