This hotel was beautiful with excellent staff and has a great location. We were welcomed and even had accommodations for our dog without problem. The staff was very helpful and the service and every aspect of the hotel was comparable, if not exceeding other 5 star hotels where we have stayed. More

The hotel was beautiful, room was great - beds were very comfortable. Not a great choice in food menu and the restaurant didn't open until after 5. Room key didn't work when we got up to the 9th floor and it took them a while to come up and fix it. Staff was very friendly and Valet was awesome!!! More

Hotel Contessa is a great place to stay on the Riverwalk. Great location, excellent service, large suites and comfortable beds. Joe, concierge, was very knowlagable about area and places to see. Joe set our group up with a private tour, Viva San Antonio Tours, the highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend stay at the Hotel Contessa. More

I've been back and forwards to San Antonio a decent amoutn over the last year for business and the Contessa was the best hotel Ive stayed in yet! The rooms were huge, clean and very comfortable. Location on the riverwalk was great and I realyl enjoyed the few nights there! More
