Room had old carpet ,lights were not bright in lamps,walls had a new paint,repaired 3lamps to work.Shower handle was broke,had to to hold on to operate shower.Stayed here before but probably not again.

requested wake up call. Did not receive it. No hot water in shower at 10 p. m. clock did not work. Front desk help was friendly

If you want to be within walking distance of most central hot spots, this is good. You can get to the river walk, Alamo, open top buses, Tower of the Americas etc within minutes. We wanted somewhere where we could park our car, be safe and be in walking distance from the action. We definitely got this! Pros - Awesome location, minutes walk from the Alamo and Riverwalk.. Room was filthy, bathroom disgusting, and a/c didn't blow good. Had to pay for parking that wasn't disclosed. Very terrible experience. Trust me, STAY AWAY!!!!
