We stayed here on a business trip I was on. Hotel was very quiet & staff was very patient and well informed! The pool is pretty neat & their fitness room is nice. Stayed at hotel for company meeting and through out my 5 day stay, all employees were polite and friendly, even the overnight staff when I checked out in early morning to help me get a taxi to airport. Witnessed managers helping customers both day and night which shows they are not just "sitting" in their offices. Will be back! More

We spent two nights here while attending a wedding. The hotel is a short stroll from the center of Riverwalk and although it was quiet and not overpopulated, we never felt concerned. We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. We requested an upper floor and had a very nice room on the 18th Floor. Very quiet with a nice view of San Antonio. Stayed 1/13 - 1/16/2012. It's only about a 5 minute walk to the heart of the Riverwalk. Rooms were clean and breakfast buffet was good. Ate other meals at the Riverwalk area. Staff was very friendly. At $28/day, valet parking was a bit pricey but no other complaints. More
