Everything about my stay was wonderful. Rooms are perfect, front desk and restaurant personnel were very helpful and professional, and the location is perfect for walking around Salem. Did not eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, but did eat next door at Fin's and it was excellent.

This place was great...great. Room, great restaurant, great staff, great location. We were in town for a graduation and found it to e a perfect location. The staff went out of their way to make the stay perfect.

This hotel is wonderful!!!....clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, and very courteous staff. They accommodated our every need. Food not so much. Nice rooms pro staff. Had dinner on night of arrival, not busy. Thank god for extra lemon and a large glass of water. Baked Haddock would have been a real horror show. C'mon, it's New England. Breakfast next morning, ordered a couple eggs over easy ect... Got eggs benny with sausage. It was good but still.

Wonderful hotel with a warm, friendly staff. Great service. Hertz at Salem will bring a car for you to rent then pick it up! Restaurant on the site is ok not great. Food selection is limited but great bar service. However the location is perfect in Downtown Salem and two blocks from the wharf and several restaurants.
