I have stayed at this hotel many times for the last several years. I booked our room and we got in late during the gem and mineral shows. It was so rundown that my friend wouldn't even take her shoes off in the room and almost refused to use the shower. We would have liked to use the internet to... More

I am a native Tucsonan. I have stayed at this hotel and attended functions since it was the old Aztec hotel. We were there under extreme personal conditions and stress for almost 10 days. I would have been in no mood to tolerate indifference or rudeness in employees. Our stay was amazing. Yes, its slightly out dated but clean. (to... More

What is the most important quality for judging a hotel? Hotel amenities, location, room cleanliness, etc. are all importnat things to consider. But perhaps the most important aspect is something that we don't often factor in when evaluating a hotel; perhaps the most important quality is the hotel's "word" or "promise." If you cannot believe what the hotel staff is... More

It is an older hotel so everything is outdated and worn. There is a strong old and musty odor in the rooms. The decor looked like it was bought in the 80's. More

I picked this hotel because it was close to the medical facility where I was to have treatment. Also, reserving on line, I got a decent rate because I prepaid my four-night stay three weeks in advance. The location was the best thing about it. The rooms were not very cheerful, but they did have everything a guest might need... More

I have never stayed anywhere where the staff was so pleasant. All so very kind and so willing to assist. The hotel is older but cleaner than the Hilton we stayed in a few months back. The hotel is in a residental type setting which made the hotel so quite, we slept like babies. There's a very nice restaurant next... More

If you like waking up to music blasting from the staffs cars at 6am, your doors left open by the maid (but they blame it on you), the keys not working for the 6th time (again they'll blame it on you) no internet (but continually guaranteed to work during a 9 day stay) then this is the place for you.... I stayed here while attending a conference at another hotel down the road. My organization reserved rooms at this one at a cheaper rate than the main hotel. The rooms were fine for a lower-cost hotel, but not exactly the best - occasional cracks in the wall, peeling paint, that kind of thing. Another downside is that it seemed that... More

Randolph Park hotel is well kept and very clean. The grounds are well maintained and the room is very clean especially the bathroom which is of paramount importance to me. Therein lies the value of privately owned hotel; the owner obviously cares about the place. For that reason ads on TV stress on businesses as privately owned. Try it, you... More

My husband stayed at the hotel years back when it hosted single parties. That was in the 70's. Due to that, we stayed one time there when it was called Aztec hotel. I always saw it as a quaint hotel with special memories. The hotel must have been renovated because 15 years later we came back and it looks so... More
