The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The appearance of the hotel was lovely, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We made use of the pool, which was kept very clean, and had plenty of towels. We also used room service, which had a decent selection, and was very timely.

This was a return business visit where the planned meeting began at 6:45 Monday morning in this Double Tree motel. The rooms are well arranged, very clean and well furnished. The location is convenient.

If you chose to stay here don't plan on swimming in the morning before you check out. The maintainence staff don't start cleaning the pool until after it should have been opened and then because people swam in it the night before they need to add chemicals to the pool. Short version of the comments I sumbitted to Hilton: Old property, aged door hardware that doesn't work smoothly, significant gaps around the entry door, a fallen roof tile that nobody cared enough to pick up, and slow, sketchy wireless Internet connection. Not what I expected from any Hilton name, especially for the price.

My family was in Tucson for personal reasons. This hotel was a haven - great, helpful staff, comfortable and pretty accomodations, really pretty landscaping and pool, delicious, warm cookies and breakfast with tons of choices. We would go back in a nano-second.

Had a 15th Birthday Swimming Pool Party overall we had a nice relaxing time. The pool is not heated so was a little bit cold. Also there was a wedding going on and i can hear children running around till midnight. Rooms are nice I would stay here again.
