I stayed here with my family for the Gem and Mineral Show. The hotel is huge, but there were hardly any guests for what should be a busy weekend. We kept taking laps around the hallways trying to figure out how many rooms were occupied, and we think it was probably less than 20. Normally in a large hotel you'll... More

I spent a night at Clarion Airport Hotel, after landing at Tucson airport in the late evening. Location is very close to the airport, you can even walk there, or take a 5$ cab ride. I've found the hotel quite different than pictures in their websites, but all in all clean and confortable. Breakfast is included (toast, eggs, sauasages, fruits,... More

You pay for what you get. Checked in a few days ago for a one nite stay. Girl working at reception less then friendly, room had not been cleaned from a prior guest. Garbage was overflowing, bed had been slept in, dirty towels- disgusting to say the least! many other choices in the Airport vicinity so I would not recommend... More

We were quite surprised with our overall experience at this hotel. the king bed was about the most comfortable sleep i've had at any hotel. The continental breakfast was extensive, with many hot food entrees. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay. More

The hotel is very dated which would have been alright if some of the lobby chairs didn't look worn, The lobby floors didn't have so many dark, dirty looking streaks and worst of all smelled. The air was stale when first entering. When heading towards the room, the carpet was dirty in several places needing vacuuming. The entrances to the... More

I am sorry that the guest did not enjoy his stay with us. Our lobby furniture is barely 5 years old and in good condition. Unfortunately the lobby floors are tiles which have dark lines running through them. This may be confused to some that they are dirty but the lobby is cleaned on a daily basis. Including all tile... We stayed here one night because of the reviews and also the low number of points it took for a free night from the Choice Privileges rewards program. The bed was nice and comfortable. There was a pretty courtyard which would be nice to sit in if you had the time. The breakfast buffet was very good with pancakes, eggs... More

Stayed four nights while visiting Tucson and loved it. The hotel is a little older looking and the room numbering scheme is odd (not all 100-rooms are on the first floor) but other than that we loved it and will definitely stay there again. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was soft and comfortable and we had... More

They have all of the amenities of a higher-scale property at a MUCH LOWER price! I could not believe the deal I got when I stayed here. They have a restaurant/bar on property called Morgan's. They offer free hot breakfast buffet in the morning, which they served pancakes, sausage, and scrambled eggs when we were there. We had that as... More

Great place to stay, friendly staff, clean rooms and all you can eat breakfast. Being picky it would be to get some soft music in the restaurant as this room lacks atmosphere and not very inviting, i did notice a lot of people leave before ordering perhaps thats why. Staff working here did a grand job though. More

flew from Australia to Tucson and stayed at the hotel on our first night, paid with my credit card, left the hotel the next morning to start our holiday, that afternoon received a phone call from my banking institute informing me that they had stopped a large transaction on my credit card from this hotel. Spoke to the GM who... More

I am extremely sorry to hear of our guests situation. I have personally been in contact with the guest via e - mail on a number of occasions and I can assure everyone that this matter has been taken very seriously and investigated to the fullest. Our staff take our guest service very seriously and go out of their way... More
