Spectacular mid-town location, this old favorite oozes charm and genteelness. We were there for New Year and the holiday decorations were gorgeous.
Upsides: grounds and architecture are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is dedicated and very helpful. Wandering around is a pleasure; the library, the pool house, the many patios and the eating facilities and bar are a joy...

I have stayed at the Arizona Inn once a year for the past 5 years. It has wonderful service, peaceful grounds and is designed to make your stay as relaxing and fun as possible. You never have to pay for amenities such as renting movies or using the croquette or ping pong. When I arrived late at night there was...

Arizona Inn is a beautiful property with large villas/rooms that are nicely decorated for comfort and style. The room was very relaxing and seemed more like a small home than a bedroom. The place was quiet and lovely. Staff are eager to please and this makes for a very enjoyable stay. This is one of the more relaxing hotels that...

This is my...

We spent an overnight for my birthday - kind of an annual occurance now.
The place is still an icon of old Arizona culture. The staff is uniformly helpful, responsive, and cheerful. The rooms are large and many have private patios.
I recommend it for special vacations or for anyone visiting Tucson and wanting an upscale experience of Southern AZ.

Tucson is a difficult city to get to know as a stranger. There doesn't seem to be a clear central business/entertainment precinct therefore at first the hotel seems a little out of the way but once you understand that you would probably need to drive to most attractions etc from just about anywhere you realise it is a good location....

The Arizona Inn is a gem. If traveling to Tucson and wanting an experience of history and luxury go to the Arizona Inn. The library is a special place with oak book shelves, filled with old books, new books, books left to share by previous guests, national, international and local papers to be left to share in the library and...

One of the most appealing settings possible-adobe pink walls with blue shutters.Family run,and a sense of having been around forever.Just voted among T&L top 500 hotels in the world. Food and waiting service could be better, but overall sense of comfort and warmth makes up for it.
Croquet,Ping pong, tennis, gym and heated pool.
No bar scene at all
