Our second visit to the Royal Elizabeth confirmed what we experienced the first time! We brought friends with us this trip and they were as enamored as we are. Jake is a gracious and attentive host, making sure everything is to your liking. The food was fabulous as well! This is a wonderfully restored old home, and is a cozy... More

I really enjoyed that experience at this B&B. It was supposed to be a special weekend for us and it truly was. The rooms are fascinating as is the conversation at breakfast. It was definitely a trip to remember. I wish I had more time to enjoy some of the amenities and little extras they included! I recommend this to... More

Thelocation and quality of the rooms and breakfast far exceed what other hotels offer. The Nicole Elizabeth room is where we stayed and is wonderful, but the other rooms look nice also. The wife is picky about cleanliness and she found this B&B to be exceptionally clean, even in areas rarely accessed such as behind the TV or along door... More

The Royal Elizabeth is a curious single storey building with a tin roof built in 1878. The front door opens directly onto a large, grand, high ceilinged, be-pillared space dividable into three "rooms" by shutters. It has a rather pavilion like appearance. The six bedrooms open directly onto this central area. Our room, Nicole Elizabeth, is large with a sleeping... More

Royal Elizabeth is beautifully appointed, clean, quiet, relaxed, and conveniently located. Wonderful restaurants and shopping and entertainment options are nearby. We stayed in the Nicole Elizabeth suite, and it was beautiful. The large jacuzzi tub was so nice, I never even tried the pool and jacuzzi just outside. They even have their own parking spaces which is a luxury for... More

Rooms have a lot of character while being very clean and a blend of old and new. Breakfast is wonderful, and they really take care of you. Downtown Tucson is on the upswing, and "the Liz" is at the epicenter. A great b n b in a great spot.

This was our second visit to the Inn and was just as enjoyable this year as last. The Staff are just great and even though both of got the flu on the drive, we were served our beautiful breakfasts in our room so as not to get the other guests sick. We have already reserved our spot for next year.... More

The "Liz" is much more than a charming, welcoming home away from home. My mattress was a dream, the room impeccably clean, the gourmet breakfasts delectable and the hospitality truly genuine. The B & B experience that exceeds expectations!

This is like travelling in the past. You feel good as soon as you arrive, like this was your own house. Staff is so nice and helpful. Location is great , we were there for the gem show and we could walk to convention center, to nice restaurants. I travel a lot and this is a really wonderful place. V&E... More

We were fortunate to get a room for 2 nights during the Tucson Gem Show, Besides the wonderful company during the scrumptious breakfasts, there was great net- working going on also. Janos was the walk-to restaurant we ate at, two nights in a row. Outstanding, Jake saved the day by lending his phone charger to my daughter for 2 days.... More
