Great value. Will definitely stop there again on my way through Albuquerque. Perfect affordable, clean, safe sleep during a road trip through town. Clean room, extremely friendly & helpful desk clerk, free breakfast, and dog friendly with grass fenced in area (although we don't have a dog).

Decent, but not great. Room phone dead, many dogs barking, sliding glass door faced noisy parking lot, TV had bad reception (lines) on most channels, (noisy) cleaning crew starts at 8AM, WI-FI system not secured. However, bed and pillows were of good quality and hotel staff quickly moved a barking dog several rooms down the hall (guess it became someone... More

Check-in was delayed because desk clerk was conversing as some length with a friend. The friend apologized for not seeing that someone was waiting. The need for remodeling our room was apparent. The bathroom counter protruded beyond the toilet tank, making it necessary for a guy to hold up the toilet seat. There were scuffs on some walls. Our room... More

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and was able to give us recommendations for local dining and activities. However, the rooms and hotel are very dated and in need of an update. Our room was missing the trim around the carpet which left a gap around the whole room. The ceiling had a couple spots of... This is a two half star rated hotel is and I feel this is about right. It’s not the best 2 ½ star I have stayed in. I am light sleeper so I normally request a room away from the road noise. The front desk clerk did give me a room on the interior court of the hotel. The mattress... More

My family stayed at the Sandia Courtyard Ramada over the New Year holiday this year. The problems began when we arrived in our room, which was on the first floor, just off the courtyard, when I noticed that the bar on the hinge lock itself was sheared off, as if the door had been kicked in. I figured that it... More
