The Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque Airport was more than the usual pleasant stay that I have grown used to at most of the Marriott's I stay at. We were stuck there during the winter storm in mid-December. The staff, in particular, Lioba, was so pleasant and SO helpful, we will always go back there. The rooms were lovely, spacious,... More

Residence Inn is my favorite Marriott chain, and this one was great! The hotel is located close to the airport, but it's very quiet. At $81/night, this place was a great value. I was in a studio room, but the space in the living room area was still pretty generous. Additionally, the room had a very high ceiling and large... More

Clean, well kept, well appointed Residence Inn. Was in a studio room, which seemed about 15% smaller than other RI properties around the country. (Perhaps it's a new floor plan Marriott is using.). My only complaint is the new fangled thermostats which have a motion detector on them. If it doesn't detect movement in the room, like during the overnight... More

My wife and I travel extensively for business and pleasure and generally try to stay in a Residence Inn or similar home-like accommodation. This is one of the nicest I have seen. The rooms were large and featured a gas fireplace, a full sized range and refrigerator and a very nice decor. We stayed in this particular location twice in... More

First, being an airport hotel, was concerned about airport noise. That was not the case. Very quiet. But being near the airport made it very conveniently located! We loved having our own bedroom so our 5 year old could go to bed on the sofa bed and we didn't have to try to wander around in the dark! Kitchen has... More

First time @ this property, but have stayed @ otther RIs in past and many other ABQ hotels. Located in area w/many other similar hotels, across street from Sleep Inn, and Holiday Inn and Courtyard also very nearby. Front desk staff is friendly, but seems to dislike styaing at front desk. When we checked in, the staffer had to leave... More

Our family was visiting for a wedding and fiveof us stayed at this Residence Inn. We were very impressed with the quality of the rooms and the pleasant service. Even the studio suites are really spacious, and my family's two-bedroom suite was incredibly comfortable and a fantastic value. The breakfast was fairly standard, but there was plenty of it. Not... This is a newer hotel and the rooms are very nice. The only downside is that they don't start serving breakfast until 0630 which doesn't allow for much time before I have to leave. Also they don't have any evening brunch on Thursdays. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I have stayed here a few times and each time is... More

We appreciate your comments, and are thrilled that you are pleased with the service you receive. While our hot breakfast items are not available until 6:30am, we do put out nearly all of our cold breakfast items at 4am in order to try and accommodate our earliest risers. We provide cereal, milk, yogurt, yogurt parfaits, a selection of breads, juices,... More

This is the newest Residence Inn I have stayed in and I have to say I loved the room. The decor, comfort of bed and room in general, and amenities were perfect. I had a great night's sleep. Upon arrival, the night shift did not hear the door bell to open their sliding doors 4 times when we tried to... More

I had two vehicles windows smashed and much stolen only to find out from staff that there have been numerous break-ins here in the last few months. There is no security and no cameras outside. We were told that management does not want to spend the money......... Our stay has been very expensive and very disapointing More

While there is no minimizing the experience that you had with your vehicle during your stay, I can say that whoever said management was unwilling to provide any security is not correct. The Albuquerque Police Department does do drive throughs of our lot in the evenings and overnights, as they do at all of the many hotels in the airport... More
